She was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She helped guide us through our first home buying experience. Was always able to show us the houses that were available and worked around our schedules. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

I have known brenda for quite some time and used her in 5 real estate transactions, buying and selling. She is fabulous. I am an investor and have been involved in many real estate transactions and knowledge and expertise are important! Brenda is knowledgeable, professional and has a great personality which is important when you mix people and money! I personally would not use anyone else.

I would highly recommend Brenda Kingera. My husband and I went with Brenda with both the selling of our house and purchase our new home. She was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Brenda devoted her time with our listing and suggested tips on preparing our house for showings. She also was quick to set up numerous showings with houses that met our criteria. Brenda is very bubbly and friendly and was a pleasure to work with!!! If in the future we sell our house I will definitely go with her.

Brenda was great! She was my realtor when I bought my first home and sold it. In both processes she was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She was easy to get in touch with anytime I needed her. When I sold my house I had a buyer that was very demanding and overwhelming, but Brenda knew how to deal with all of the issues that arose. You can tell she has a lot of experience and takes pride in her job.

Brenda is an excellent realtor. She listens to your wants and needs, and shows you homes that you want to see, in the areas/locations that you are interested in. She doesn't pressure you, and quickly responds to calls/emails. I would definitely recommend her to others.

My husband and I were very nervous about selling our home and buying another one due to our ages and starting over. Brenda put our minds at ease quickly. Her knowledge of the market allowed us to receive multiple offers and receive our asking price within days of days of putting our home on the market. Brenda was dedicated, professional, responsive and very hands on throughout both the selling and purchasing processes. We would highly recommend Brenda for any of your real estate needs.

Brenda handled both the sale of my previous home and purchase of our new home. Brenda advised us on staging our home and helped it to show in it's best light and it sold quickly. However the search for our new home wasn't as quick and Brenda diligently worked with us for months, scheduling and showing us nearly 50 homes until we found "the one". Both closings went off without a hitch and we were very pleased with her services. I would highly recommend Brenda to anyone, and already have to my mother!
